Medical studies have shown the power of crystals could be explained by “the placebo effect”. These studies reinforce the purpose of crystals as a tool to unlock the mind and bodies hidden power to overcome corporeal ailments.
The first records to the use of crystals are in ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece followed by Middle Ages (Wikipedia).

The Chakras
Chakras are associated to different regions of the etheric and physical body, that can receive and also release vital energy (Tiberio Z, 2020). There are 7 different chakras, each with its own unique wavelength and associated color. They include the: Crown (purple), Third Eye (dark blue), Throat (light blue), Heart (green), Solar Plexus (yellow), Sacral (orange), and the Root (red) (Figure 1 a,b).
